Ingredients for Weight Loss Vegan Smoothie

Instructions:

Wash and chop the apple, tomato, dill and celery. Peel the ginger and grate on the finer side of a box grater (about 1 tablespoon). With the lemon, you can either juice it with the lemon squeezer, which is probably a faster way, or you can peel it and add the whole lemon to the blender, which is my preferred way. Adding peeled lemon to your drink will enhance the flavour and provide additional nutritional benefits that are lost during the juicing process.

Add all ingredients – apple, tomato, celery, lemon, dill, chia seeds, ginger and orange juice – into a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to expand and thicken the smoothie.
