The Sunshine Cream Smoothie ingredients

Instructions:

First wash strawberries and peaches. Peel bananas and remove stems from strawberries. Slice peaches in half and remove pit.

I like to use frozen fruits in my smoothies so I don’t have to add ice cubes to keep my drink cold. In this case I used frozen blueberries and mango.

In the summer I like to visit local farmer’s market. I buy a lot of fruits (especially when they are on sale) and freeze them. Of course you wanna wash them first. When it’s time to make a smoothie I just grab a bag or two of my favourite fruits and I’m ready to go. Sometimes I even mix bunch of different fruits in one bag and freeze them together. You can mix pineapple and blueberries, mango with strawberries, watermelon and bananas, etc.

Keep in mind that when putting frozen fruits into the blender, try adding them last to prevent blades from being damaged.

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for about a minute or two until smooth and creamy (it’s all depends how powerful your blender is). Taste and adjust thickness by adding more orange juice if desired.

Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a strawberry slice or few blueberries, and enjoy!
