This one is one of my long time favourite smoothies. I usually don’t eat traditional egg and bacon or sugar loaded cereal for breakfast. I have a smoothie in the morning almost every day. Super easy to make, it takes only few minutes and you are ready to go. I take also one cup to go to drink on my way to work (instead coffee).
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop 100% whey protein powder (any flavoured you like)
- 2 cups 100% orange juice (adjust for desired thickness)

Instructions:
Add mango, pineapple, blueberries and protein powder into a blender. In this case, because it was really, really hot summer, I used frozen fruits. I don’t like using ice cubes to make my drinks cold. I don’t want a water in my smoothies.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you have a good, powerful blender this should take about a minute or so.
