Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped

Instructions:
First, wash the cucumber, apple, celery and mint leaves. Slice the apple into quarters and core out. Chop cucumber and celery into smaller pieces. Juice the lemon with a hand juicer.
Add all the ingredients, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon juice, mint leaves, chia seeds, and orange juice into a blender. I prefer not to peel cucumber and apple because the peel contains a significant amount of fiber, vitamins and nutrients.


Blend until smooth. Add more orange juice to adjust texture, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, zesty flavor!
