First, peel the banana and pineapple. Chop it and place in the blender. Add mango chunks, yogurt and pomegranate juice. I like to add frozen fruits last to prevent blades from being damaged.

100% organic Pomegranate Juice is made by whole-pressing pomegranates and does not contain any preservatives, colours or added sugar, which means that each bottle contains the whole pomegranate (fruit, pith and rind) only and nothing else.

Pomegranates are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and potassium. They may help fight inflammation and promote healthy aging. The fruit can be split open and eaten right from the individual pods as a delicious treat, or used in salad or even as a garnish.

Bananas are high in fibre, vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants. They may benefit digestive health, weight loss and heart health. Manganese and magnesium in bananas promote optimal reproductive organ function.

Mango is a superfood loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They help boost your immune system, aid digestion and promote heart health. Mangos are also good for your skin, vision and may help you sleep better.

Pineapples are a great source of vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, manganese and folate, which can support overall health and energy levels.
