Bull Rider cocktail is my wife’s favourite drink so I make it all the time. It’s a perfect pick-me-up afternoon beverage. Bull Rider cocktail has a lovely aroma of juicy tropical fruits. It is a classic and is enjoyed by many.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Malibu coconut rum
- 2 oz Kahlúa coffee liqueur
- 1 oz Crème de Bananes
- 1/2 oz Jagermeister herbal liqueur
- fill with half-and-half (half milk, half cream)
Directions:
- Pour the rum, coffee liqueur, Crème de Bananes and Jagermeister into the glass and mix
- Float the half-and-half on top. Don’t stir.
- Enjoy.
Some variations may use a different ratio of ingredients. You can add a dash of syrup or use alternative ingredients such as almond milk.
