Pineapple and Mango Creamy Smoothie

Start your day with a tropical burst of flavor and energy of Pineapple and Mango Smoothie, a luscious, nutrient-rich drink that blends naturally sweet fruits with muscle-supporting protein. I like to make this smoothie on the hot summer days. I use frozen mango and pineapple and when you add cold orange juice from the fridge, this drink is super refreshing and filling.

     

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 ripe bananas (peeled)
  • 1 scoop (about 25g) 100% whey protein powder or vegan protein powder (any flavor or unflavored)
  • 2 cups of 100% orange juice

Pineapple and Mango Smoothie ingredients

Instructions:

Add mango, pineapple, banana, protein powder (plant-based powder, if you want vegan version) and orange juice to a blender. You can choose different flavours but my favourite is always chocolate.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. This should take about a minute or so.

     

Pour into a glass and enjoy as a nutritious meal or snack. Serve cold immediately for best flavor and texture. Enjoy!
