The belly fat burning juices for weight loss have taken the world by storm. They are quick and convenient way to add some extra nutrients into your diet. If you combine the right fruits and vegetables, you can make a tasty juice that will boost your energy, is good for digestion and helps you to trim your waistline. I want to share with you my favourite recipes that helped me lose weight.
I use Vitamix for juicing because of its high power, durability and the tamper. Also, it’s so easy to clean (cleans itself by blending soapy water). Using blender is preferable because it retains more fibre, which can promote feelings of fullness and help you manage your hunger.
So let’s get started…..
Juice number 1
- put 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger into a mug
- add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- pour boiling water into the mug and let the ginger and cumin steep for 5-10 minutes
- using a strainer, strain the hot water into the cup
- squeeze half a lemon in and give it a stir
You can also add 1 teaspoon of honey, if you like. Just remember to add honey to the warm drink. Adding honey into a hot drink may destroy some if its nutrients.
Drink it lukewarm and preferably on empty stomach.
Ginger is loaded with antioxidants, compounds that prevent stress and damage to your body’s DNA. It promotes healthy aging and helps your body fight off chronic diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, and diseases of the lungs.
Cumin has very powerful health benefits. Rich source of iron (one teaspoon provides almost 20% of your daily iron), it may help boost memory, improve blood cholesterol, and reduce anxiety and stress. Cumin has anti-cancer properties, helps control blood sugar level, improves digestion, promotes weight loss and fat reduction.
Some practitioners advise against using cumin during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Juice number 2
Add the following into the blender:
- 1/2 bunch of fresh parsley
- 8-10 leaves of fresh mint
- 1 celery stalk (chopped)
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/2 grapefruit (peeled)
- 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
Puree until smooth and enjoy.
Parsley is a great source of vitamin K, A, C and other antioxidants, which help reduce the risk of serious health conditions like diabetes, stroke, heart disease and cancer.
Mint leaves are good source of vitamin A and antioxidants. They boost your immune system, treats all your stomach woes and helps with allergies and asthma. Mint leaves promotes acne-free skin, takes care of your oral health and beats morning sickness and nausea.
Celery is loaded with vitamins and antioxidants, rich in fiber, supports digestion, reduces inflammation, helps lower blood pressure levels and may have anti-cancer effects. It is also high in the male pheromones, androstenol and androsterone so it acts as a natural aphrodisiac and it drastically improves male fertility and count of sperm.
Pineapples have very impressive health benefits. They are loaded with nutrients, and contain disease-fighting antioxidants. Pineapples may help boost immunity and suppress inflammation, can aid digestion, reduce risk of cancer and ease symptoms of arthritis.
Grapefruit is low in calories and rich in fibre, minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. Weight loss friendly – promotes fullness and reduces calorie intake. Can be beneficial for your immune system, may improve heart health and reduce the risk of kidney stones.
Green tea is considered one of the healthiest beverages on the planet. Fights inflammation, loaded with antioxidants, may lower the risk of some cancers and heart disease. It helps boost metabolic rate, increase fat burning and weight loss. Green tea may help prevent type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Juice number 3
Place the following ingredients into the blender:
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 peeled banana
- 1 inch-piece ginger root (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 cup of organic cranberry juice
Blend until smooth. Add more cranberry juice if the smoothie is too thick.
Bananas are a great source of fibre, vitamins C, potassium and various antioxidants. They may support digestive health, aid weight loss, and heart health.
Ginger has a long history of use in both traditional and alternative medicine. It has been used to help with digestion, nausea, and pain relief. Ginger may help reduce body weight and the waist-hip ratio. It contains a lot of gingerol, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It can also help to boost immunity, improve cardiovascular health, lower cholesterol, and may be effective against certain cancers.
Chia seeds are incredibly rich in nutrients, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids which may promote heart health, support strong bones, and help with blood sugar regulation. They are loaded with antioxidants, high in fibre and proteins and can benefit those trying to lose weight.
Spinach is an excellent source of antioxidants and nutrients. Loaded with vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, calcium, and fibre may benefit your digestion, help regulate blood pressure, promote eye health and help fight cancer. Because spinach contains a high amount of oxalate, people who are prone to kidney stones should limit their consumption. Furthermore, if you take blood thinners, spinach contains a lot of vitamin K1, which can interfere with your medication.
Cranberry juice is high in vitamin C, which helps in the health and function of your immune system. It may also help lower the risk of heart disease by improving cholesterol levels and lowering blood pressure, as well as supporting digestive health.
Juice number 4
Put the following into the blender:
- 2 medium size cucumbers, roughly chopped, not peeled

Cucumbers have few calories but a lot of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. They are high in fibre, which helps to prevent constipation and maintain regular bowel movements. Cucumbers aid in weight loss, promote hydration, and may lower blood sugar levels. Consuming cucumbers with the peel provides the most nutrients.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Apples contains a lot of fibre, which helps increase your metabolism. They keep your liver and kidney free from toxins and harmful elements. Apples are rich in Vitamins A, B and C, and may help protect against chronic diseases like obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer.
Lemons are high in vitamin C, fiber, and various beneficial nutrients. They help support weight control, heart health, and digestive health. Lemons may reduce your risk of kidney stones, stroke, anemia, and cancer.
Juice number 5 (this one is really easy)
In your juice container add:

Apple cider vinegar may aid in weight loss by increasing satiety (the feeling of fullness), reducing blood sugar levels, lowering cholesterol, and improving diabetes symptoms. As a natural laxative, it can help with digestion and detoxification. Apple cider vinegar is loaded with nutrients, iron, amino acids, magnesium, and antioxidants.
