Apple Cider Vinegar and Cranberry Detox Drink

I like to have my detox drink in the morning and cold. When you add ice cubes, it really wakes you up. Also, I add little bit of club soda to make it extra refreshing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water (I personally like a club soda to make it more refreshing)
  • 1 cup of 100% organic pure cranberry juice (no sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar
  • squeeze half of fresh lemon
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey
     

In a glass or jar, combine cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and water. Stir well.

Drink first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before meals for best results.
