Cucumber and Apple Weight Loss Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium size cucumbers, roughly chopped, not peeled
  • 1 green apples, roughly chopped, not peeled
  • 1-2 fresh mint leaves
  • half a lemon (peeled)
  • Optionally 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Wash the cucumber and apple under running water and place them into the blender. Pell 1/2 a lemon and add to the blender along with mint leaves. You can also juice the lemon with the hand juicer, in you prefer.

Add cold water and ice if you prefer a thinner or chilled smoothie.

Blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, fat-burning boost!
