Instructions:
Brew a cup of green tea and let it cool.
Wash the celery, parsley and mint. Peel the grapefruit and pineapple.
You can use the lemon in two different ways. It can be juiced with the lemon squeezer, which is a faster way, or (this is my preferred way) you can peel it and add the whole lemon to the blender. Adding peeled lemon can enhance the flavour and can also provide additional nutritional benefits that are lost during the juicing process.

Add all ingredients, including cooled green tea into a blender.


Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
